Shopping Guidelines

Direct factory sales of liquor cups in gift box sets, including premium gift box sets with carry bags and color box gift boxes. Please contact the customer service for shipping costs.

★ In general, we will ship the products according to the order sequence within 72 hours. For custom-made products or other special products, the delivery time will be determined by the agreement between both parties.

★10 boxes or less are shipped by YTO Express by default, and above 10 boxes are shipped by dedicated logistics and need to be picked up at the logistics distribution point.

Please open the package and inspect the product upon receipt. If there are any damage or quality issues, please take photos within 24 hours and send them to us. We will handle and resolve the problem for you immediately.

★ Orders of 10 boxes or more with damage within 3% are the buyer's responsibility, and beyond 3% is borne by the company (returning the loss payment for the compensation part); Orders of less than 10 boxes with damage within 5% are the buyer's responsibility, and beyond 5% is borne by the company (returning the loss payment for the compensation part), please be cautious when shooting.
