However, these are not high-end crafts with exorbitant prices but mechanically mass-produced stainless steel products. In case of minor silver scratches on some products, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a quality issue. Note: Products with no quality issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Size issue: Stainless steel products are generally not full size, for example, a 26cm pot actually measures 25cm or 25.5cm, with a difference of about 1cm. If you want to know the actual size, please ask the customer service. The stainless steel industry is quite special, so please understand the buyer.

■ Real-object photography: All the images of our products are taken from actual items. Due to differences in shooting lighting and computer resolution, there may be a slight color difference. Customization: Customers who need to customize the logo, once the prototype is confirmed to be correct, cannot exchange or return for any reason. Because the logo after laser engraving and steel stamping cannot be scratched or washed off, the seller cannot resell it, please be informed!
