3. The Process of Customizing a Logo

Provide a Logo file (AI or CDR format)

Choose the process (laser engraving, screen printing, branding, etc.)

Free design rendering (we will confirm it for you after we finish)

Adjust the details (Logo size, position, etc.)

Production and Shipping (First send samples for confirmation, and then mass production after satisfaction, postage collect)

4. Return and Exchange Rules

7-day return or exchange (with original packaging intact and no damage to the product, which can be resold).

Non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return the product, packaging box, free gifts, and invoice (if lost, deducted at the market price).

Due to customer reasons (incorrect address, rejection, etc.), additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6, Does the product packaging have factory information? I don't want customers to know where I get my goods from.

Answer: Our factory has two types of stock products with labeling methods, as follows:

 【Cross-border version for overseas markets】English packaging and bilingual instructions (without any information of our factory), owners who choose this version are recommended to apply their own labels.

 【Domestic E-commerce Version】Default English packaging, English instruction manual, and Chinese sticker for domestic distribution (the sticker on the English packaging box has the factory information)

   Sticker content includes the product's voltage, current, execution standards, factory location, factory name, and certificate of quality, as prescribed by the State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection. It is recommended that online channel owners choose the e-commerce version.

 Please note the version you need on the order. Since most bosses need to take the goods back to label and resell them, orders that do not specify will be set to the cross-border version by default, and all responsibilities arising from this will be borne by the customer.
