Color difference and shape deviation explanation
All the product images in our store are taken from the actual items (without any embellishment, just requiring genuine photography). It is difficult to standardize each item or batch of our products. This is determined by the special manufacturing process of ceramics, the complexity and uncertainty of ceramic firing, etc. can all affect the final product effect. Even now, the products from the same kiln, the same clay, glaze color, and pattern, processed by the same craftsman, still have some differences in the final products. Our same products may have many pieces, but only one product is photographed for each photo, and there may be some differences between other products and this sample. Please understand this difference. In addition, due to the use of different cameras and lighting, and the color difference problem under different lighting and display screens, customers who are particularly picky should be cautious when purchasing to avoid unnecessary disputes after the fact. Such problems cannot be used as negative or complaint reasons.
