Return and Exchange Policy:

1. The following conditions do not allow for a return and refund: the product packaging is incomplete, dirty, and the accessories or related materials are incomplete; unauthorized repair or modification; use or storage in an abnormal manner; the product is labeled and is fraudulent. (Therefore, please understand the buyers).

2. We refuse to accept payment on delivery (POD) items, as POD items cost twice as much. (If the refund of the shipping fee is due to our responsibility, we will bear it, but the buyer must advance the shipping fee.)

3. Special Declaration: The delivery time of the goods from our company depends on the actual situation of the courier and logistics services. Any issues caused by the courier or logistics services are the responsibility of the courier and logistics companies. We are responsible for communicating with the courier to handle the issue. We will not accept any refund or rejection claims due to these issues (if the goods are urgent, you can clearly inform the customer service, and the customer service will estimate the time roughly, so both parties will have a clear understanding to avoid delays or inconvenience).

4. Before sending back the return parcel, it is necessary to communicate with the customer service and prepare a return list. The return parcel must contain the return list with detailed notes including the buyer's ID, contact information, the reason for the return, the quantity, unit price, and amount, etc. If the return is made without prior communication with customer service, it will not be accepted. (If the goods are lost without notification, it will be difficult to refund).

5. If there are quality issues with the products, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods and contact customer service for processing. Provide the corresponding evidence. After review, if the quality issue is confirmed, we will give a refund as soon as possible. For customers who have large orders, if you are not familiar with the products, it is recommended to first order a sample to confirm the order (this will avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties).

6. Refund and Exchange Process:

1) Take a picture of the quality problem or shortage list and send it to after-sales customer service. After the customer service verifies it, negotiate the refund or return of the goods.

7. We operate on the principle of low profit and high volume. Once the goods are sold, there will be no refunds within seven days if there are no quality issues. You can exchange the goods (as long as it doesn't affect the second sale), but the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer places a large order, they can first order a few samples to confirm before placing the large order.
