Wholesale Distribution Instructions

Please read the following terms carefully by the buyer. They become effective from the time of placing the order. If you have any further concerns, please contact the online customer service staff promptly to obtain clarification before placing another order.

Regarding logistics

1. Shipping: By default, Zhongtong and Yuantong are used. If you need to specify one of these carriers, please contact customer service and note it down, or leave a message yourself. [Large-scale shipping]

2. Logistics: Shipping fees are typically paid upon delivery. The goods need to be picked up at the shipping station. The logistics company can be selected by the customer, or we can choose the most suitable one for you.

Regarding shipping

1. Distributor customers: Orders placed before 15:00 daily can typically be shipped on the same day. However, during weekends or holidays when staff shortages occur, the shipping timeline may be delayed. Please understand.

2. Wholesale customers: Orders with sufficient inventory in the warehouse will be dispatched within 1–2 business days; for bulk orders, a separate delivery schedule will be arranged.

Regarding delivery

Please carefully check the surrounding area of the box when receiving it. If you notice severe deformation or damage to the outer box, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please unpack and inspect the goods in person! If there is any shortage or damage, do not take the goods away yet. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation; otherwise, after signing for the delivery, it will be considered accepted without any issues.

Regarding returns and exchanges

1. Exchange or return if there is no quality issue;

If the buyer needs to return the product due to personal reasons, the damage caused by the return shipping will result in significant losses. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs; if it is an item with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping fee at the time of delivery. If the product does not sell as expected and the buyer wishes to return it, it will be recycled at a discount of 40% to 70% of its original price.

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

All of our sold products are rigorously inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will have no issues upon arrival, while 2%-3% falls under the exemption scope. Products that cannot be sold later can be returned for replacement by contacting customer service, and the shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please ensure the unpacking and inspection are done in front of the logistics or delivery staff when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, while the plastic toys are not, so there is a possibility that the outer box may remain intact but the contents could be damaged. Please verify the items before signing for delivery. 5% damage to the product is within normal limits; we will provide a service to send replacement parts for re-ordering, but not a separate replacement shipment. The transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.

Regarding issue with proxy distribution:

1. For returns due to quality issues, we will deduct the shipping fee. For products with free shipping, the shipping fee is calculated by subtracting the wholesale price from the free shipping amount.

2. In case of quality issues such as product damage that prevents normal use, the costs associated with returns and replacements shall be shared equally. For situations where only missing accessories need to be replaced, the distributor will cover the shipping cost, while we will cover the accessories and packing fees.

3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product, resulting in improper after-sales handling, and the products sent back later are found to be without issues upon inspection, the shipping cost shall also be borne by the distributor.

4. All returned items must be registered with customer service before a refund can be applied for; we will handle the registration process.
