◆Regarding prices
In a single transaction, once the price is set, no changes are accepted regardless of the reason. The price is calculated as the ex-factory price plus a certain amount of points; in any case, the price should be reasonable. All displayed product prices are actual prices, but negotiations are welcome for larger quantities, and bulk orders are encouraged.
◆ Payment Methods
Only upon payment will shipping begin. It supports Alipay guarantee transactions, and for some products, if the payment is made directly, price discounts can be obtained.
◆ Shipping Time
Generally, goods are shipped on the same day or the next day after payment is received by the customer. If there is a longer lead time for stock preparation, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and discuss the matter with them.
◆ Shipping Instructions
1. All products are sold in bulk by box. Therefore, due to the large volume and weight of the goods, logistics are typically arranged by us for delivery, with the shipping cost paid by the customer. The logistics service selected will aim to send the goods to a pickup point close to the customer, making it convenient for them to collect the items. We ensure that the delivery is via a dedicated logistics line in your region. However, in some areas, there may be no possibility of delivering directly to the customer’s town or township, or additional transit fees may be required after delivery to the township. This is not surprising, but our company has no obligation to cover these transportation costs.
2. If the customer has specified a shipping method, we can ship the goods according to that method. Since the shipping method is designated by the customer, in case the goods are lost, our company will do its best to pursue compensation with the shipping company. However, we will not accept refunds due to such reasons; you will need to handle the claim directly with the shipping company. This is clearly stated here. We hope for your understanding.
3. For logistics, both prepayment of shipping fees or payment upon delivery results in the same price. Therefore, our company recommends paying the shipping fees upon delivery. If clients request prepayment, it is also acceptable. In that case, we need to contact the relevant freight station first to confirm the shipping fees, and then the client can pay the total amount together with the goods for shipment.
4. Products are not covered by free shipping; please note that the displayed prices are the actual retail prices. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Regarding customer requests for express delivery, domestic deliveries can be done via express service. Especially in some areas where there is no direct route from Shantou Chenghai, the goods must go through transit, and the freight station will charge extra transit fees. Sometimes, after including the transit fees, the total cost is similar to that of express delivery. Therefore, in such cases, using express delivery may be better.
◆ Delivery Standards
Our company guarantees that 100% of the goods will be shipped according to requirements, and relevant personnel will conduct a check upon delivery. When the customer picks up the goods, please take a quick look at them in front of the logistics company staff. If you notice severe box deformation, damage, broken or missing sealing tape, incomplete sealing adhesive, or clear signs of opening or unpacking, please immediately call our company to confirm the shipping status and open and count the goods in person. Any discrepancies must be resolved through face-to-face negotiation with the logistics company for compensation; otherwise, upon receipt, it will be considered accepted without any objections.
◆After-sales Service
1. A 1%-2% rate of defective items in a box is acceptable within the scope of liability; issues related to product quality can be resolved through exchange, but the transportation costs must be borne by the buyer.
2. If the issues arise after use, within our capabilities, we will assist in resolving them, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
3. The following conditions do not allow returns or exchanges: products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents, products that have been repaired or modified without authorization, or items that were not used or stored according to normal methods. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand.
Note: All shipping costs incurred for after-sales service shall be borne by the customer, and some products offer special benefits.
