2. If the buyer receives the product and it indeed has quality issues, please do not worry. Please take photos promptly and contact our online customer service. You can request a replacement or return. We will cover all shipping costs associated with this issue! If no damage is found during inspection but minor damage is discovered after delivery, take photos and note it with the customer service. When purchasing again, we will send you a new packaging box for you to replace. If you cannot wait, you will bear the shipping cost, and we will send it to you immediately.

3. The company defaults to circular shapeThroughShipping by courier(Please refer to the store notice or WeChat message for details.) If there are shipping restrictions at the recipient address (e.g., mail cannot be delivered to some remote areas) when purchasing items, the buyer must inform our online customer service in advance so we can select a different shipping method.
