2. The customer must verify the quantity and quality within 3 days of receiving the goods. If any issues arise, they should promptly inform customer service for resolution. If there are no objections within 4 days of delivery, it is considered that there are no problems with this partnership, and the transaction is completed. If the customer is dissatisfied subjectively but finds no actual quality issues, a return request will not be accepted. All items are carefully inspected before shipment. If any item is out of stock and a refund is required, please contact customer service.
3. Please contact our customer service before returning the product to confirm the product category and quantity. If you return the product without any notice, we will not process it. The returned product must be in its original packaging, and there should be no damage to the product upon return. If the product is damaged and cannot be repaired, we will not provide a refund.
