Custom Fleece Toys Production Process

First of all, thank you for your trust and support. To help you understand us better, we have listed our business processes. If you are dealing with customers who need plush toys, figurines, fabric gifts, or pillows, please review these processes first:

1. We need fur products designed and custom-made by us.

1. Please contact our business or technical staff.

2. Confirm the cooperation intent.

3. Provide samples of the products to be processed, quantities, project timeline, specifications, material, filling, and other technical requirements. At the same time, our side will calculate a preliminary price range.

4. The client provides physical samples (two samples are required; one is used for plate making, and the other for editing).

5. The factory charges a pattern-making fee; a small physical sample requires a pattern-making fee of 200 yuan per unit, while a drawing requires a fee of 800 yuan per unit. (Note: After the order is confirmed, the sample fee will be refunded or credited towards the payment.

6. The factory produces a sample and provides the exact unit price of the product along with the project timeline. (Note: The processing time for the sample is generally 5 working days, while for the sample based on drawings, it is 7 working days)

7. The customer provides feedback and a modification plan, and the factory modifies the sample according to the requirements.

8. Both parties confirm the final prototype.

9. Sign a production contract; for standard products, a prepayment of 70% of the total payment is required, while for special products, a prepayment of 90% is required.

10. The factory arranges processing and production.

1.1 Before delivering the goods to the factory, the customer must pay the remaining balance in full. We will arrange the shipment (if the customer fails to pay the balance on time, causing delays in shipping, Party B shall be responsible).

12. After the order is completed, stay in touch. We hope to have long-term cooperation.

Regarding shipping costs and delivery:

Orders below 1,500 yuan will be shipped via courier service

Orders over 2,1000 yuan can be shipped via express delivery or logistics service. If using logistics, the shipping fee is paid by the recipient. The items will arrive in about a week after shipment. The goods are not delivered to your doorstep; please pick them up at the freight station (if the location is remote, you may need to pick up in the urban area). If you prefer logistics shipping, please contact customer service to adjust the shipping fee before making the payment.
