【Buyer Guide】

1. For a single product, use Zhongtong Express. If the quantity exceeds ten units, please contact customer service to adjust the price. Otherwise, the shipping is charged upon delivery. You need to pay in advance or arrange the express delivery and issue an invoice, then contact customer service to modify the price.

【OEM Customization Procurement Process】

1. Phone consultation and negotiation

Please record the product model after seeing our products, and then inform us of your procurement requirements, such as quantity to order, LOGO and text requirements, whether you need an invoice, delivery time, etc. We will provide you with a quote and answer some of your questions according to your specifications.

2. Order samples based on product demonstrations

After consultation and negotiation, you have established a clear requirement for our products. To gain a deeper understanding of the selected products, you may contact us to request a sample or visit our company for a demonstration.

3. After confirming the samples, we need to sign a sales contract so that we can provide you with services in accordance with the terms of the contract.

4. Confirmation of design drafts and samples

After signing the sales contract, to ensure product quality, we require customers who need custom products with logo text processing to first confirm our design renderings or actual samples before placing bulk orders for production. (It is necessary to sign agreements regarding renderings and sample mockups).

5. Product production

Once the renderings and sample prototypes are approved, we can proceed with production without concerns.

6. Client Acceptance and Payment

After the product production is completed, we will take photos of the bulk sample for your confirmation, or we can ask you to send the sample for inspection.

7. The packaging is made of paper material. During transportation, especially on long distances between cities, it is possible that some products may be damaged due to shipping losses. Since the transportation is carried out by a third-party logistics company and beyond our control, we will not bear any responsibility for damage caused by shipping reasons. The shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and cannot be used as a reason for return.
