Instructions:

1. Before use, clean the inside and outside of the machine.

2. Install the machine in the original assembly order and secure it firmly.

3. Remove the bones from the meat to be ground, peel it, and cut it into strips or pieces.

4. When using a hand-cranked mincer, turn the handle with your right hand, and place the meat into the feed opening with your left hand (do not allow your hand to enter the feed opening) to grind out the minced meat.

If the meat strips pile up at the feed opening, you can use a wooden stick to push and press to assist the meat strips to be ground into the mixer.
