our store supports 7-day return and exchange without reason. according to the 7-day return and exchange rules without reason, we will bear the return freight for quality problems. for non-quality problems, please bear the return freight. (note: color difference and customers' subjective factors are not quality problems!)

within 7 days after receiving the goods, if it is a product quality problem, our store can provide free exchange. if the buyer does not like it and does not want to wait for subjective reasons to request a return, the buyer must bear the return freight (and make sure that it does not affect the secondary sales of the product)
return and exchange services are not provided under the following circumstances:

b. products that exceed the specified time limit for return and exchange

d. if the return and exchange application is not filled in and the goods are not sent back together (including gifts)

f. products that affect secondary sales (refer to products returned by buyers for subjective reasons without quality problems)

g. the gifts attached with the goods do not enjoy the return and exchange service.
