2. Clarify the requirements for printing logo images and text: Please send us the LOGO, text, and patterns you want to print. Our engineering department will review the manuscript, confirm the process, and then submit it to the design department for sample or rendering. The sales representative will then confirm it with you to ensure accurate information transmission.
3. Sample Confirmation: After confirming the drawings, styles, quantity, price, packaging, sample fee, and delivery time, the sample production stage can begin. Once the sample fee is paid to our company, we will arrange for the sample production. The typical sample production time is 5-7 days. If the cup style requires molding, the time will be 10-15 days. (If our company already has the existing model, there is no sample fee.)
4. Order Confirmation: After the customer confirms the sample, both parties will sign a formal order contract. The deposit is usually 30%, and the contract will take effect after the deposit is paid.

5. Quality Production Control: After receiving the deposit, the sales department places the order, and after review by various departments, quality control and production scheduling are conducted based on the delivery date. If the guests need to inspect the quality, please make an appointment in advance for the middle or later stages, so that we can accommodate you. If you need to view production or quality with pictures or videos, please notify us in advance.
Delivery Time: The general production time is 15-40 days, depending on the process and production schedule; if the time is urgent, the customer must inform us of the delivery time in advance so that we can coordinate with the production department to confirm it.
7. Inspection and shipment: After production is completed, our company notifies the customer to inspect the goods. After the inspection is qualified, the balance payment is cleared, and our company will ship the goods.
