2. [Shipping]: Orders placed before 1:15 PM are usually shipped on the same day. For urgent needs, please contact customer service. The shipping costs for orders from Xinjiang and Tibet may be displayed incorrectly; please contact customer service after placing the order.
3. [Shipping]: Small items will be sent via Yuantong or Zhongtong express; large items will be sent via Yimidiyie or Anneng Logistics. If there is a designated consignment station, please note it or leave a message. If none is provided, we will try to select the nearest station, but cannot guarantee that it is very close to you. The shipping fee for pick-up at the consignment station is paid upon delivery.
4. [Delivery]: Since all products are time-sensitive items for wedding events, please check whether the goods inside the package are intact as soon as you receive them. If you encounter any issues, contact us within 7 days as indicated in the shipping tracking information. After 7 days, any problems will result in no returns or exchanges. 5. [After-sales Service]: Please carefully review the product specifications or consult customer service before placing an order. It is recommended that bulk customers send samples first. Since the products are sold in small quantities with high volume, customers who request returns or exchanges must bear the shipping costs for both the return and our shipment (for all orders with free shipping and those without, the shipping fee is calculated as follows: 5 yuan for shipments under 1 KG, plus 3 yuan for each additional KG, and so on). No returns or exchanges are accepted for Xinjiang and Tibet. For orders shipped via SF Express, the shipping cost is based on the actual SF Express fee paid.
