The PVC adhesive is suitable for PVC pipes with a diameter below 300mm or PVC sheets with moderate area.

Used in civil and industrial PVC pipeline systems such as drinking water and water treatment equipment, industrial pipelines, sports fields, agricultural irrigation, and ventilation systems. 

1. Cut the pipes on a vertical plane and chamfer them at 10 to 15 degrees. Remove any edge debris, and clean and dry the surface to be bonded.

2. Test the tightness of the connection between pipes and fittings. Under normal conditions, the pipe should feel tight when inserted at 1/3 to 2/3 of its length into the fitting.

3. Apply a thick and even layer of glue at the end of the pipe, up to the depth of the fitting opening; within the fitting, apply a medium-thick layer of glue. Avoid leaving too much glue inside the fitting to form a pool-like structure. Apply a second layer of glue on the pipe, so that the glue fully fills the gaps at the joint.

4. When applying glue to the single-port tube, avoid letting the glue extend beyond the depth of the port or allowing it to flow into the port.

5. Apply the adhesive immediately when it is still wet. If it is not sufficiently wet, reapply the adhesive before bonding. During bonding, push the pipe firmly toward the bottom of the fitting, while rotating the pipe by 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn. Hold for 30 seconds to prevent rebound, then wipe off any excess adhesive.

6. Pipes less than 2 inches (50 mm) in diameter must be allowed to stand at temperatures above 60°F (16°C) for 5 minutes before being moved. The sealed pipes must also be under pressure for at least 60 minutes before being pressurized to 160 pounds per square inch (11.2 kg per square centimeter). If the pipe size exceeds 2 inches (50 mm), or if the pressure or temperature is below 120°F (16°C), a longer drying time is required.
