(1)Are the goods available for sale? If not, what should I do?
All our products are sold on a stock basis, and the items displayed on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to purchase with confidence. Due to the large variety of products and daily sales volume, it is not possible to update the stock status in a timely manner.
The shortage caused is regrettable. We will contact you by phone or Alipay to resolve the issue.
Our store specializes in wholesale. For products that are short in stock with a few yuan, the warehouse will directly replace them with other colors or cross them out, and send the other goods. We do not re-send the short-stock items.
We have already paid. When will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive them?
Due to the large daily shipment volume, we will ship your order within 72 hours after your payment is successful, taking the order payment sequence into account. The delivery time may be affected by distance, weather, and other uncertain factors.
What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock?
If there are any shortages or quality issues with the goods after receipt, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. For goods with quality issues, please take pictures of the goods upon receipt and send them to the customer service.
I have received the goods, but I am not very satisfied with them. Is it possible to exchange or return them?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 7 days after receiving it. Please note that the product must not be used and the original packaging must be intact. The shipping fee is on your own.
The following circumstances are not subject to exchanges:
A returned product with damaged packaging or incomplete, missing accessories or documentation.
Unauthorized repair or modification.

Seasonal products are non-refundable after the expiration date (e.g., summer insect repellent products, fans, winter warm-keeping supplies).

About after-sales service
a) Goods damaged due to human factors (e.g., unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, etc.), incomplete packaging, and goods that have been processed more than once are not eligible for returns.
b) Since the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, the packaging and the images on the website or the goods you previously purchased may be different, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason; if you need to return the goods, you need to bear the cost of return shipping.
c) Products in multiple colors and styles are defaulted to be randomly mixed. The company will try its best to meet the customer's specified product color and style in the order notes. If an individual order cannot meet the customer's requirements due to the color and style of the warehouse inventory, we do not accept returns caused by this. If a return is needed, the round-trip shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.
d) The reasons for personal preferences (smell, color, model, appearance) are not eligible for returns; if the buyer subjectively believes that the quality of the goods is defective, a written appraisal recognized by law is required, otherwise returns will not be allowed. If a return is necessary, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
