Q: Will there be color differences?
A: All product photos in our store are taken from actual items, and we strive to maintain consistency with the actual items. However, due to differences in lighting during photography, resolution of computer monitors, and individual interpretations of color, there may be differences between the goods received and the images. This does not constitute a quality issue; the actual goods received are the final standard.
Q: When will the shipment be made after payment, and what express delivery will be used?
A: Orders placed before 15:00 daily will be shipped the next day. After the bulk shipment is completed, we will cut the sample. Sometimes, the sample time may be slightly delayed, so please understand. We will try to ensure that the shipment is completed within 48 hours. However, if there are special circumstances such as adverse weather, large-scale events, or traffic control, the arrival time cannot be guaranteed. If the goods have not arrived at your place for a long time, you can send instant messages to our courier tracking customer service, and we will handle it for you immediately. Our store defaults to using SF Express and YTO Express as the courier. Guests can choose one of them. If you choose another courier, please contact the customer service.
Q: Will the product shrink or fade?
A: Cotton fabrics all have some degree of shrinkage, but during the dyeing and printing process, we control the shrinkage rate to be less than 8% of the standard, so you can rest assured to use them. Additionally, cotton fabrics may have some loose fibers and slight fading after washing, which is a normal phenomenon.
