1. Return and Exchange Policy: Please carefully read our return and exchange policy published on Yiwu Buy before placing an order to avoid unnecessary disputes. If you have any questions, please consult our customer service at any time. Must must!!

2, the product with multiple colors and styles is defaulted to be randomly mixed. The company will try its best to meet the customer's specified product color and style in the order notes. If a single order cannot meet the customer's requirements due to the color or style of the warehouse inventory, we do not accept returns caused by this.

3, We are a wholesale enterprise. If you are purchasing for personal use (for example, if most of the items in your order are purchased in quantities of 1 or 2), please look elsewhere! We cannot guarantee timely shipping for individual users.

We support express delivery and air freight logistics.
Express shipping: for small orders, you can simply click to purchase, and the Yiwu Purchase system will automatically calculate the express shipping fee, with the standard charges displayed automatically. If you have a specific courier company in mind, please contact our customer service in advance. Otherwise, the company will choose the default courier company to ship the goods.
Air freight logistics: If your goods are quite heavy (over 30 kilograms, or from non-Yangtze River Delta regions), we strongly recommend that you use air freight logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, shipping a 10-kilogram item to Shenzhen, the courier fee is typically between 40-50 yuan, whereas air freight costs only 10-15 yuan. The time it takes to receive your goods from logistics and courier services is similar. After the goods are dispatched and delivered, the forwarding department will call you to pick up your goods at the designated forwarding point. Generally, you need to pick up your goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.
