Return Policy

Our company is a legitimate wholesale enterprise with low gross margins. All goods are sold at fixed prices and are not subject to price negotiations. We also do not offer free shipping. Additionally, our customer service representatives have no authority to offer discounts. Therefore, to save everyone's time, please do not attempt to negotiate prices.

Here are some of our company's policies in other aspects. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you cannot accept them, please look for another supplier. After all, a transaction should be mutually agreed upon. When you choose a supplier, we also choose our customers. We only want to work with long-term customers. Once you place an order, we consider you have read and accepted our policies.

1Return and Exchange Policy (Very Important, Please Read Carefully):

The difference between online wholesale and physical store wholesale is significant. If a customer buys ten products and one is defective, which is even less than 10 yuan, the customer asks to send it back, which will lead to high costs. We cannot bear the shipping costs. (When returning products in physical store wholesale, customers are required to bring the products to the store for a refund -- if customers can bring the products to our warehouse, we can accept the same return processing as physical wholesale.) (Please do not compare Taobao and Yiwu Purchase, Yiwu Purchase is for wholesale. On Taobao, the same product can have a gross margin of 30-50%, sometimes even selling several times more, while we have only added 5-8 percentage points.) Due to the above reasons, we have established the following return policy:

a) Return and Exchange Policy: If there are any quality issues, you can return the product within 15 days (starting from the order date). However, the packaging and product must be intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been used by the buyer. Before returning the product, please contact our customer service to apply for a return, and then send the item back (the shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility). Once we receive the product and confirm that the packaging and product are intact, we will refund the money to your account.

b) Product Packaging: Due to the fact that the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, if the actual packaging of the product differs from the images on Yiwu Buy or from the goods you previously purchased, this does not constitute a quality issue, and we do not accept returns;
c) Color difference: Due to the fact that the factory cannot guarantee that the color of each batch of goods will exactly match the images on Yiwu Purchase, if the product color does not match the images on Yiwu Purchase, this does not constitute a quality issue and we do not accept returns;
d) If you need to return or exchange goods due to quality issues, you must first obtain our consent. You can return the goods within 45 days from the order date at a 70% discount on the original purchase price. If you forcefully return the goods without our permission, we will refund you at a 50% discount on the total amount of the returned goods. We do not accept any return or exchange applications after 45 days from the order date.
e) Freight: The freight cost for the return or exchange of goods is not included in our product price. Therefore, regardless of the reason for the return or exchange, the freight cost is borne by the buyer.

f) Damage in Express Delivery: When the buyer receives the express delivery, if there is damage to the packaging, please count the goods before signing to see if there is any loss or damage. If there is, please contact our customer service before signing. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the courier company, and therefore cannot assume any after-sales service, including loss or damage of the goods.

g) Products in multiple colors and styles are defaulted to be randomly mixed. The company will make every effort to meet the customer's specified product color and style in the order notes. If a single order cannot meet the customer's requirements due to the color or style of the warehouse inventory, we do not accept returns caused by this.

h) Long-term cooperative customers (customers who have placed more than 3 orders in the past 60 days and have a total order amount exceeding 3000 yuan): We have a policy bias for long-term cooperative customers in return and exchange policies. Please consult our customer service for the specific details.
