About the logistics of shipping

For goods weighing less than 40 kilograms, we will send them by courier (default: ZTO Express or China Post) at random. If you need to specify a specific courier, please contact our customer service. For Shenfeng Express, the freight is collect. For large items, we can send them by logistics (default: Best, ANN, and Debon). If you need to send them to a freight station, please contact customer service to agree on the shipment after consultation.

Please check the goods upon receipt and refuse to sign for any problems. Contact customer service or provide a reason to apply for a return or exchange of the goods (buyers do not need to bear the shipping costs). Signing for the goods is considered as no problems, and you can still return or exchange the goods within 7 days from the product (as long as it does not affect the second sale) (buyers bear all shipping costs). After 7 days, refuse any reason for return, but you can still exchange the goods within 15 days from the signing (as long as the product does not affect the second sale) (buyers bear all shipping costs).
