We try to control the defect rate to the lowest, and we control the quality at the source (choose high-quality and well-made shoes when selecting goods from the factory, and try to achieve high-quality quality at the same price; the same quality at a low price). When we dispatch, we check them to try to pick out shoes with defects and send better products to our customers, so that our cooperation can last a long time. We refuse all irresponsible and malicious evaluations. If a small number of buyers are too strict with the quality requirements, pick bones out of eggs, I suggest that you do not start by taking goods from our store, and find other sources.

2. Shoes may have measurement errors, ±0.3CM is normal. If you are very concerned, please be cautious when ordering.

3. Shoes can have different weights due to different size ranges, so it's best to consult the store when placing an order to adjust the shipping fee.

4. Express delivery is only available with Yunda. If you need other express services, please contact the customer service after purchasing, and the price will be negotiated separately (please contact the customer service to change the price if you choose to send by logistics and pay on arrival).

Orders that are shipped by default are those placed before 3 PM. If orders are placed after 3 PM, shipping will be based on availability. If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing your order earlier, either in the morning or before 3 PM. Generally, the goods will be shipped the same day or the next day, unless there are stock shortages, which could result in a slight delay of a few days.
