1. Return and Exchange Policy:
a) Quality issues: If there are quality issues with the product, you can return it within 15 days from the order date (the date of the order is the standard). The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been used by the buyer. Please contact us before returning the product to apply for a return, and then send the item back (the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility). Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount.
b) Product Packaging: Due to the factory's ability to change the product packaging based on production conditions, the packaging may differ from the images on Yiwu Goods or from the goods you previously purchased, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.
c) Color difference: Due to the fact that the factory cannot guarantee that the color of each batch of goods will exactly match the images on Yiwu Purchase, if the product color does not match the images on Yiwu Purchase, this does not constitute a quality issue and we do not accept returns;
d) Damage in Express Delivery: If the express delivery package is damaged upon receipt, please contact us before signing for it. Otherwise, we will not be able to claim compensation from the express delivery company, and therefore will not be able to provide any after-sales service, including for lost or damaged goods.
e) Freight: The freight cost for the return or exchange of goods is not included in our product price. Therefore, regardless of the reason for the return or exchange, the freight cost is borne by the buyer.
f) Products in multiple colors and styles are defaulted to be randomly mixed and dispatched. We will make every effort to meet the customer's specified product color and style in the order notes. If an individual order cannot meet the customer's requirements due to actual stock color and style, we do not accept returns caused by this.
g) Long-term cooperative customers (customers who have placed more than 3 orders in the past 60 days and have a total order amount exceeding 3,000 yuan): We have a policy bias in return and exchange policies for long-term cooperative customers. Please consult our customer service for the specific details.

2, we are wholesale enterprises and do not sell retail. If you are purchasing for personal use (for example, if most of the products in your order are in quantities of 1 or 2), please look elsewhere! We cannot guarantee timely shipping for individual users. 3, Due to the large number of orders we need to process every day, and our order fulfillment is based on the order payment time, there may be a shortage of some orders. To ensure that customers receive their goods in time, we will not notify customers for shortages below 30% of the order amount and will continue to ship as usual.
