 1. We cooperate with express companies such as YTO, Yunda, ZTO, SF Express, China Post, YouSu, Best, etc. If you need to specify the shipping express, please leave a message or notify the customer service when submitting the order.

 2. Orders paid before 18:00 PM on the same day will be shipped that day, and orders paid after 18:00 PM will be shipped the next day. In special circumstances, the actual information will be notified through Alibaba Messenger.

 【关于售后】

 1. If there are any quality problems with the products, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is received (for wholesale customers, it is 30 days). (Take photos of the products and send them to customer service). If the problem is confirmed to be a quality issue, the return shipping fee will be borne by us. If the return is detected to have no quality problems after our side's inspection, the return shipping fee must be borne by yourself.

 2. For non-quality issues or returns without reason, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is received (30 days for wholesale customers), ensuring that the returned product is unopened and unused and does not affect resale. The return shipping fee is at your own expense.

 3. If you discover a shortage or omission after signing for the goods, please contact us within 7 days of signing to handle it. Take photos of all products and the shipping list and inform the customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the shipping video to check. If it is confirmed that there is a shortage or omission, we will give you a satisfactory solution. If you contact us after the time limit, we will not handle it!

 Note: If you find that the delivery package is damaged or compressed when you sign for it, please take a photo and refuse to accept it. We will arrange for a re-delivery after contacting us. Otherwise, if you find any shortage, lack of goods, or appearance that affects sales after signing, you will need to bear the responsibility yourself.
