Wholesale Instructions

1. Regarding color difference:

All photos of the products in my store are taken by me, and I try to match them closely to the actual items. However, due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, or display color differences, there may be slight variations between the images and the real products. Please refer to the actual colors for final reference.

Size is measured manually, and due to factors such as different measuring tools and methods, minor errors are normal.

3. Regarding shipping:
After the buyer makes the order and pays, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. Generally, for items in stock, if ordered and paid within 4 PM, the shipment will be delivered on the same day (except on Sundays). If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or via Wangwang.

4. Regarding receipt:

Please ensure that you sign for the goods in person when they arrive. If it is signed for by family, friends, or a security guard, it will be considered as your signature. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If any damage occurs during transportation, please verify with the delivery personnel directly to claim compensation or refuse to sign for the goods.

5. Regarding after-sales service:

If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us promptly. We will provide a response regarding return or exchange, and we will no longer accept such requests after that period. If the quality is satisfactory, no return or exchange will be accepted. Reasons such as personal preference, significant differences from the image, dissatisfaction, or not being as good as expected are subjective factors, and the purchased product is not eligible for return or exchange.
