1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by the customer themselves. The product shipping fee is only a reference. Please contact the customer service to modify the shipping fee after submitting the order.
2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the average loss rate of domestic balloons is about 5%, so please order spare balloons according to the loss rate. Please check the quantity of goods in time after receiving the goods, and if it exceeds 3 days, we will not give processing. Please check in time, thank you for your cooperation!
3. When inflated the balloon with aluminum film, it should be done slowly. You can use an air pump to inflate it to 90%, and then blow it with a straw to facilitate controlling the amount of air, to avoid bursting. If there is a situation where the two layers of aluminum foil stick together, stop inflating and gently pull the two layers apart before continuing, otherwise it is easy to damage the balloon.
4. Shipping Instructions: Our factory can ship the goods using different express delivery methods as per the customer's requirements. However, the factory will not bear the costs of transporting the goods. The buyer is responsible for these costs.
