1. Install the empty card-type air tank onto the air valve. 

2. Confirm that the air valve switch is tightly closed. 

3. Invert the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder that meets national standards and place it on a stool or other stable platform with a height difference of more than 20CM (confirm that the switch of the LPG cylinder is tightly closed). 

4. Install the card-type air tank on the LPG cylinder. 

5. Place the cardan gas bottle steady, then turn on the switch of the gas bottle, and then open the air valve to start the charging process (please control it carefully, do not overcharge, the charging capacity is about 200 grams, generally it is recommended to be less than 300 grams including the bottle, after charging, weigh it, do not exceed 300 grams, if it exceeds, do not connect the gas, you can release some cardan gas with the air valve). 

6. After the air filling is completed, first turn off the gas bottle switch, then turn off the air filling valve switch, and then remove the air filling valve and the card-type gas cylinder in turn. 

If your card-type cylinder cannot be fully charged to 300 grams, it means there are impurities in the original cylinder. This does not affect the use, as long as the total weight of the cylinder does not exceed 300 grams.
