Warm reminder:

Since toys are fragile items, the packaging quality is ensured to the greatest extent when the products are shipped out. However, due to the harsh conditions of current third-party shipping services, some defects may inevitably occur!

Therefore, we hereby declare:

1. Please ensure to inspect the goods in person with the courier before signing for delivery. If any issues are found with the items (all deliveries allow on-site inspection and acceptance), please report them to the online customer service within 24 hours and ask the service staff for solutions. If you do not contact the customer service promptly within 24 hours after the issue occurs, the seller shall not be responsible for any problems arising.

2. After receiving the goods and confirming no issues, please check whether there are any problems during use within 48 hours after receipt. If any non-human-induced quality issues are discovered during use, contact customer service within 48 hours. If no inspection or reporting is carried out promptly, all return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Since remote-controlled toys fall under the electronics category and come with batteries, they cannot be shipped via air freight; only land transportation is available. Therefore, delivery time will be slower compared to air shipping.
Our company will urge and follow up with the courier to ensure timely delivery, so please wait patiently, dear buyers!

Important Notes for Buyers:

1. Regarding the products: All products undergo multiple inspections during production, after delivery, and before shipment. Only those that pass all checks will be shipped. However, various uncertainties may lead to loss of product functionality. Our company can only guarantee a 98% quality rate; 2% is outside our liability scope. Images and actual products: Over 95% of product images are self-taken photos, which better reflect the actual product. However, factors such as lighting and shooting quality may cause slight differences between images and actual products. Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color, packaging method, etc., of the products and outer packaging. Please refer to the actual items.

2. Regarding returns and exchanges: For exchanges or returns, please contact our sales customer service first for confirmation. Without the permission of the customer service, any return will be rejected by our company. The sales customer service handles all matters related to returns and exchanges only after meeting the return and exchange criteria. After receiving a return request, the warehouse will search based on the shipping label; if the details are unclear, the item will be rejected. Please carefully verify the quantity of the returned item and fill out the return form accurately.

3. Regarding logistics: Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Shipping time is affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The shipping time we provide to you is for reference only and does not form part of the contract nor serve as a reason for return.

4. Regarding delivery time: We have a basic inventory of all our products. However, since our car models, remote control car models, and remote control aircraft are highly popular products, along with many export and domestic orders, there is a possibility that some orders may not be available upon receipt. Therefore, a delivery time of two to three days is normal, and we will try our best to arrange early delivery. When products are in stock, we will strive to deliver them on the same day. For those without stock, the items will be prepared within three days. Please understand! If you place large orders, the delivery time and payment method need to be determined through discussion with customer service.
