About shipping

Before 3:30 PM every day, if you place an order and pay, we generally ship it the same day. In normal circumstances, the shipment will be made within 48 hours. If there are many orders, it will be shipped within 72 hours. (Large orders need to be scheduled according to the delivery time.) If there are any special circumstances that prevent us from shipping, we will contact you in time. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot control the arrival speed. On the way to you, the goods may encounter various situations. Please understand.

Our store cooperates with the express delivery companies: ZTO Express, Yuananda Express, and Best Express (express delivery is cheaper when ordering in bulk). The freight costs for different regions are different, please contact our customer service for details.

About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and the refund will be made at 80% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services without quality problems beyond seven days. Note: (The above return is borne by the buyer, and if the goods are shipped, the shipping fee at the time of our shipment will be deducted).

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If the cumulative weight of products with quality problems reaches 20KG, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact our online customer service for details on whether to send by courier or logistics). If you want to return the goods in advance without meeting the weight requirements, the transportation costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
