- Instructions for Use -
1. Warm Light Version
When in use, push the bottom switch to the ON position. At this point, a 100% brightness will be activated. Press or shake the silicone cover to reduce the brightness to 60%. Press it again to reduce it to 30%, then press it once more to turn off the light. Repeat this cycle. When not in use, push the switch to the OFF position.
If you need a 30-minute timer, please move the switch to the (30) position. Once the 30-minute timer ends, the light will automatically turn off.
2. Color Light Version
When using it, please push the bottom switch to the ON position. At this point, with warm light on, pinch or tap the silicone cover. It will turn red, then green, blue, yellow, ice blue, pink, and then the automatic seven-color slow breathing mode will gradually turn on, followed by the automatic fast breathing mode, in a sequential cycle.
If you need a 30-minute timer, please move the switch to the (30) position. Once the 30-minute timer ends, the light will automatically turn off.
