We can provide you with certificates and also provide custom services such as labeling and box markings. Our company's quotation does not include tax. If you need to open an invoice, please contact our customer service. To open an invoice, you need to provide the enterprise name, tax number, and other information to our customer service. A special invoice is required.NeedPayment to a company by another company, payment with general invoices is not limited. After receiving complete documents and a special invoice for payment to a company, the invoice will be issued within 3 working days. Note: Orders with a small amount may not be able to issue an invoice, please consult the customer service for details.

We produce high-value-to-price ratio toys, not crafts or precious goods. Our products are primarily wholesale, with a pass rate of about 98%, and about 2% of quality issues are exempted in accordance with standards and regulations. During production and transportation, there may be minor scratches or slight color fading. Such minor issues do not affect normal use and are considered minor. If there are serious damage or complete loss of function, which affects use, it is considered a serious issue, and the seller is responsible for replacing the goods. For minor issues that do not affect use and do not affect resale, the goods can be exchanged, with the buyer bearing the cost of shipping. Those who are cautious should be careful to purchase.

All our products are strictly inspected before shipment to ensure quality assurance. Plastic toys must be carefully inspected upon receipt, and damaged items can be rejected. If there are any quality issues before use, we offer free shipping for returns and exchanges. Damaged or missing parts will be replaced, and short deliveries or omissions can be compensated free of charge with the next batch of supplies. Wholesale orders are not subject to returns or exchanges except for quality issues. Distribution orders support a 7-day return or exchange policy, but the following conditions must be met: the product cannot affect secondary sales, otherwise returns will be processed at a 60% discount and full refunds will not be provided; the factory is not responsible for the round-trip logistics fees for returns without reasons, and the buyer must bear these costs; the factory refuses to accept payment on delivery.
