3) Our company goes through three inspection procedures when shipping: picking, verification, and packaging, to fully control the occurrence of short deliveries or omissions. Each order will have a detailed list sent with the goods. When receiving the shipment, please ensure that the courier is present to count the goods! If there is a shortage, please contact us immediately!
About the exchange and return of goods
1) For products purchased at our store with quality issues, a return or exchange can be processed within seven days. Please contact our after-sales service first to facilitate our prompt handling of the return procedure; otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange! (A photo of the actual product is required for returns and exchanges.)
2) Before receiving the goods, please check the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please ensure that the goods are inspected before signing for them. If there is any damage, please inform us within the same day about the name and quantity of the damaged products, and take photos on site to send back to our after-sales customer service for processing. This will help us claim compensation from the courier.
