About the order/shipping

About courier/logistics

      All prices of our goods do not include shipping fees.No matter how many bags are purchased, the shipping fee must be borne by the buyer. By default, small items are sent by YTO, and urgent items are sent by SF Express. If you require a different courier company, please specify. Large items can be sent by companies such as Dewang, Tian Di Hua Yu, City Star, and Aneng.

About after-sales/service

       Support 15-day return policy without any reason. Please open and check the goods as soon as you receive them. If there are any quality issues or mismatches, please contact our store immediately to negotiate a solution. You can also apply for a return or exchange of goods in the background. For quality-related returns and exchanges, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. For other cases, returns and exchanges of goods do not enjoy free shipping policies. Please ensure that the original packaging is intact when returning to avoid damage to the goods during transportation. If there is no original box, the warehouse will directly reject the return. Please do not return by regular mail or by payment.
