Sit-up tester(TZCS-3)
Feature Introduction
By measuring the number of sit-ups the participants performed within one minute, it reflects the endurance of the individual's abdominal muscle group.
Instrument Features
Floor-standing model, using infrared monitoring and control technology, offers high accuracy, prevents cheating, and features user-friendly design.
Instructions for Use
Turn on the power, hear "Welcome to KEDU tester", press the "Start" button, and when the voice prompt "Please test" appears, start doing sit-ups. Record the number of sit-ups completed within one minute, and the final test result will be announced via voice; a beep will indicate the count after each movement. If no beep is heard after completing a movement, it indicates that your movement is not standard or proper, and you should make adjustments immediately.
The subject lies on their back on the testing table, with their legs slightly apart and bent at approximately 90 degrees. Their fingers are crossed behind the head, and their feet are placed in the foot rest to stabilize the lower limbs. A movement is considered complete when the elbows reach or exceed the knees.
When lying on the back, the shoulders are placed against the test platform. The probe measures two positions: first, with the back resting on the mattress; second, when both elbows reach or exceed the knees. Count once for each position in turn.
The entire testing process includes voice synchronization prompts. Please follow the instructions based on these prompts. If you want to disable the voice function, press the "Voice Key".
Precautions and Technical Parameters
When participants sit up or sit down using the strength from their elbows or hips, it is considered a violation of the rules.
The subjects put their feet into the foot covers.
