Handgrip Tester Manual

 (<T_ZCS-3> Type)

 1. Feature Introduction

Tests the strength of the forearm and hand muscles, with the handle adjustable according to palm size.

2. Instrument Features

Floor-standing model, voice synchronization alert function, wide-screen LCD display, auto-clearing; easy to operate and convenient, with high accuracy.

3. Usage Instructions

Turn on the power, open the power switch, and press the “Start” button. You will hear the voice prompt “Please test”, then begin the test. After the first test is completed, relax your hands. The voice prompt “Second test” will be heard, and you should apply force; then the best results of the two tests will be displayed. During the test, if the subject is satisfied with the previous result, simply press the “Start” button to proceed directly to the next test. When the test ends, please turn off the power switch and disconnect the power.

The entire testing process includes voice synchronization prompts; please follow the instructions based on these prompts. If you want to disable the voice function, press the "Voice Key".

4. Precautions

The distance of grip should be adjusted according to the size of the subject's palms, and during testing, the subject's arms should hang naturally.
When applying force, it is prohibited to move the arms or touch the body or clothing.
There should be no grip force during zeroing; otherwise, the dynamic zero point will become inaccurate, directly affecting grip force measurement.
