Regarding colors/spectral differences

       Due to factors such as monitor, angle, weather, light intensity, brightness settings, and ambient colors, color differences may occur in the display of fabric colors. The images are for reference only; please refer to the actual product.

Regarding orders/shipping

       1: For in-stock products, under normal circumstances, items ordered and paid for on the same day will be shipped within 48 hours. In case of special circumstances where shipping is not possible, we will communicate with you promptly. You may order the quantity you need; once we have prepared the packages, we will inform you of the exact quantity, with refunds for excess and compensation for shortfall.

2: For order products, the production cycle is generally 7–15 days depending on the quantity. According to your requirements, (color, surface finish, luster, thickness, softness/hardness, leather type, size) can be adjusted. We welcome custom orders based on sample.

Regarding shipping/delivery

      All products in this store are sold without shipping fees included.Regardless of how many packages are purchased, the shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer. By default, small items are shipped via Yuantong, and urgent items via SF Express. If you require shipping with another courier company, please indicate it. Large items can be shipped with logistics companies such as Deppon, Tianti Huayu, City Star, and Aneng.

Regarding after-sales/service

       We offer 15-day no-questions-asked return and exchange policy. Please check the item promptly after receiving it. If there are any quality issues or discrepancies, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Alternatively, you can apply for a return/exchange online. For returns due to quality problems, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. In other cases, the return/exchange policy does not include free shipping. Please ensure the outer packaging is intact during return, to avoid damage during transit. Returns without the packaging will be directly rejected by the warehouse. Do not return items via regular mail or postage-paid services.

     Warm reminder: Normal measurement error of 1-3CM due to manual measurement is acceptable.
