1. Safety Packaging Method
Due to factors such as different product materials, some products may require cardboard stitching or wooden frames, please refer to the packaging you have received. Special requirements should be consulted with the customer service to discuss the standards.
2. Shipping time is as follows:
Stock items will be shipped within 72 hours (delivery time is not guaranteed during promotions). For large quantities and custom orders, the lead time is determined by customer service.
3. Transportation Method
Small orders and samples are sent by courier (contact customer service for SF Express, all freight is paid on delivery). Logistics is sent from a case (Yimidida, ZTO Express, Yunda Express, Anneng Logistics, dedicated logistics, etc.). Please contact customer service for designated logistics.
Damage Compensation
Please send us a photo within 48 hours after receiving the package, including the delivery slip information and the item, for a free replacement (if a refund is needed, only the product price will be refunded, not the shipping fee). For export orders, please provide feedback during the domestic stage.
