1. About the shipment of goods:

The products of our company belong to ceramic products. Ceramic products are not comparable to clothing, as they require time for firing, electroplating, and packaging. Also, the process of ordering, inspection, and packaging requires a certain amount of time. Therefore, the goods will be shipped within 3-5 working days after receiving the full payment of the order (excluding the day of payment).

2. About logistics:

If you specify the logistics, please inform the customer service. If there is no specified logistics, we will arrange logistics for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is very close. The logistics fee is borne by the buyer, and the actual logistics fee is the standard. Logistics only reaches the prefecture-level city, the lowest can reach the county, and the logistics are all transfer, and the logistics unloading point is far away, and it needs to be self-picked up. Therefore, the freight arrival time is about 5-7 days, and the specific time depends on each place. You can consult the customer service. It is not allowed to cause misunderstandings because of the third-party problems of logistics. Please understand.

3. About Stock Outages:

Due to the fact that our company has a large number of offline wholesale distributors, the inventory fluctuates greatly. If we encounter temporary stockouts, if we cannot notify you online, we will definitely make a note on the shipping details. After the buyer receives the goods and checks the packing list, they can contact us to return the difference in the missing goods, or we can send them together when we make the next shipment. If there is no stock at that time, it can be used as payment.

4. About Defects:

All our ceramic products are independently designed and produced at our own production base. The main craft is hand-made. The interior and base of the vases are not within the scope of detection. The minor imperfections such as small black spots or needle holes in the sold products are within the normal range of international industry standards.

5. About color difference:

All the images are taken from the actual products, and color differences are unavoidable. The production process characteristics of ceramic products determine that the same style of ceramic produced in each batch will exhibit color variations in depth. If you have very high requirements for color, please contact our customer service directly. We can take a picture of the actual item with a mobile phone for you to compare and reference. If it still does not meet your requirements, please consider your purchase carefully.

6. About after-sales issues: Please check the quantity and quality of the goods within 24 hours after receiving them, and if there are any problems, please promptly feed back to our after-sales customer service for processing.
