Article 18: Supplementary Contract

1. This link sells products that are not eligible for a 7-day return policy with no reasons. The sale of this link is a commercial trade activity. The contract stipulated in this agreement shall apply.
2. After the party B places an order, party A declares that if there is no logistics pickup information within 72 hours after the shipment or if party A cannot provide shipping proof, party B may apply for a refund. There will be a vacuum period when party A hands over the goods to the logistics company, and it is impossible to check the record. The time limit is within 72 hours. The agreement on the shipment time between party A and party B is excluded. During this period, party B's application for a refund is considered as party B's breach of contract. The party that breaches the contract without a reason shall bear 30% of the order amount and the actual round-trip freight as liquidated damages.
3. Due to the unknown address of the party B (specific to the door number), incorrect and false addresses, false names (the party B uses the ID number of the ID card registered by the ID card of the other name, nickname, abbreviation, etc. as the recipient's name is considered a false name. If the recipient's name is Sun Wukong, the original ID card of Sun Wukong can be shown as proof or provide a proof of authorization from Sun Wukong to use this name as the recipient of this ID, then the false name behavior is excluded. If the original ID card cannot be shown, it will be considered a false name), the contact phone is turned off, the contact phone is out of credit, the contact phone is a blank number, the contact phone is not answered and cannot contact the party B. As a result, the goods cannot be delivered or returned, misappropriated, lost. It is considered that the party B is in breach of contract. 4. If the party B rejects the courier logistics parcel for reasons other than Party A, it shall be deemed as a breach of contract by Party B. Party B shall compensate Party A with 60% of the order amount as a penalty and the actual round-trip freight (as determined by the logistics company). For custom products, if the rejection is for reasons other than Party A, Party B shall compensate Party A with 200% of the order amount as a penalty and the actual round-trip freight.
5. Once the order is placed and payment is made, the recipient's address, phone number, and name cannot be changed. Any loss or damage to the goods shall be the responsibility of the party B.
6. If Party B is a malicious act of destroying Party A's business behavior through malicious purchase, Party A has the right to report to the local public security organ of the place where Party A is located, and pursue its criminal responsibility and civil liability. All the resulting costs shall be borne by Party B.

The above supplemental contract is designed to prevent malicious purchase behavior. For normal customer behavior, it can be negotiated with customer service.
