1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by the customer themselves. The product shipping fee is only a reference. Please contact the customer service to modify the shipping fee after submitting the order.

2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the average loss rate of domestic balloons is about 5%, so please order spare balloons according to the loss rate. Please check the quantity of goods in time after receiving the goods, and if it exceeds 3 days, we will not give processing. Please check in time, thank you for your cooperation!

3. When inflated the aluminum foil balloon, do it slowly. You can use an air pump to inflate it to 90%, and then blow it with a straw to control the amount of air, to avoid bursting. If there is a situation where the two layers of aluminum foil stick together, stop inflating and gently pull the two layers apart before continuing, or it is easy to damage the balloon.

4. Shipping Instructions: The factory can ship the goods using different express delivery methods as per the customer's requirements. However, the factory will not bear the costs associated with the transportation of the goods. The buyer is responsible for these costs.
