1. All balloons we sell are uninflated; customers need to inflate them themselves. The product shipping cost is for reference only. For the actual shipping cost, please contact customer service after placing the order to adjust it.

2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the loss rate for domestic balloons is generally around 5%. Please order spare balloons based on this loss rate. After receiving the goods, please verify the quantity promptly. If no action is taken after 3 days, please check the details immediately. Thank you for your cooperation!

3. When inflating the aluminum foil balloon, do it slowly. You can use an air pump to fill it to 90%, and then blow it with a straw to control the amount of air, preventing it from bursting. If there is adhesion between two layers of aluminum foil, stop inflating and gently separate the two layers by hand before continuing, otherwise it may be damaged.

4. Shipping Instructions: The factory can use various express shipping methods as required by the customer. However, the factory is not responsible for the costs incurred during shipping. The buyer shall bear these costs.
