【Scope of Application】

The thermal transfer printing process is suitable for transferring images onto fabrics and the surfaces of hard objects that have been coated. The fabrics mainly consist of polyester and polyester-cotton blends; the hard objects are made of heat-resistant materials such as film, metal, glass, ceramics (tile, porcelain cups), and PVC. As long as the object being printed can withstand high temperatures, combined with a thermal transfer coating, it can be processed using specialized equipment to complete the image transfer.

【Production Process of Cloth Printed Using Thermal Transfer Printing Technology】

1) Install the continuous ink supply system specifically for thermal transfer, and check if the nozzles are functioning properly;
