    Minimum order quantity for a full case is 1 case with no amount limit; mixed batching minimum is 300 yuan, and it must be ordered in full small boxes. For non-full case purchases, there is a surcharge of 15-25%, as non-full case products require additional manual packaging, time and effort, and packaging materials. Bulk customers must use wood boxes. Some products must be ordered in full cases.

 General samples require a fee, as they are taken out from a full box and packed separately, which requires additional manual labor and time. For specific fees, please consult the customer service. Most samples are sent by SF Express, and the freight is collected upon delivery.

 【关于破碎赔偿】

    Due to the fragility of our products, they are prone to damage during transportation, and the wholesale profit is very thin. We recommend that customers ship their goods with wooden crates (about 10-15 yuan per box), especially for items such as wine glasses, crystal cups, decanters, decanting jugs, and kettles. When customers pick up their goods from the logistics company, they must open the box and inspect the goods in person at the logistics company. According to industry regulations, if the product is not shipped with a wooden crate, the seller is not responsible for any damage during transportation. If the product is shipped with a wooden crate and the damage is within 3%, the buyer is responsible. If the damage exceeds 3%, the seller and the buyer will share the cost equally. If there is any damage, please send all the damaged photos to the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the goods. After the time limit, you are responsible for it. Please understand! We do not recommend sending express deliveries for fragile items (easy to break), and if the buyer insists on sending by express delivery, all damage (if any) during transportation will be borne by the buyer!
