Customer Purchase Instructions
Regarding the shipping process
Our company prints the product list for the customer’s order after it is placed → sends the list to the customer service agent → the customer service agent checks the list while counting items in the warehouse → then hands it over to the packing staff for verification and counting → finally, the shipping staff sends it to the courier company along with the courier for inspection → after the courier signs off on the list, it is packed and sent to the courier company for scanning and shipment → the shipping staff returns the list to the account manager for retention.
Special Note: As we operate as a wholesale site, the shipment volume for a single product is high, and due to physical wholesale operations, it is difficult to update inventory promptly. If the shortage involves no more than 4 products, we will ship directly without prior notice; if the shortage is larger, we will contact customers by phone. We hope all clients understand this.
Regarding delivery timeline
The goods will be shipped within 48 hours after the customer places the order. If it falls on a holiday, the shipping time will be postponed accordingly. After the actual shipment, a notification will be issued. Since the receiving city may differ, the time to receive the goods will also vary. Generally, the goods can be received within 3 to 7 days after they are actually dispatched (in some remote counties, they may need to pass through multiple transit stations, which could take 5 to 7 days). We cannot guarantee that the product will arrive at the buyer’s hands within a few days after shipment, as we have no control over the efficiency of the courier company (or postal service) and cannot assess the quality and attitude of the delivery personnel in your area. We hope the buyer will not hold us responsible for any delays due to the logistics company’s mistakes. Please understand our limited ability to address this issue.
Regarding liability for compensation
All items and fragile items should be inspected in person by the buyer before acceptance. If any damage is found, please notify our staff via phone before the courier leaves, and have the delivery driver sign to confirm. The compensation issue will be discussed between our company and the courier company. Our company will not be responsible for compensating for any damaged items after acceptance.
Explanation: After receiving the goods, the buyer (consignee) should carefully inspect the package. Only after confirming there is no shortage, no damage, and no quality issues should they sign for delivery. Since damage or loss may occur during transportation, we will check the package, pack it properly, and then send it out. Therefore, the buyer (either personally or through a third party) must inspect the package and sign for delivery only after confirming everything is correct. Even if the courier asks for a signature first, they should wait until they have reviewed the package and confirmed there are no issues before proceeding. This ensures that any problems can be addressed with the courier present to help determine responsibility. If damage or loss is discovered after signing for delivery, it becomes difficult to determine responsibility, and we will not provide compensation. Please ensure you fulfill your responsibilities accordingly. Note: Signing for delivery indicates no shortage, damage, or quality issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
