After-sales Notice

2. Printer with no cartridges: If the printer is used with non-original consumables or is modified for other purposes, the warranty will not apply.
3. 7-day return policy for exchanges or refunds requires that the product packaging and accessories are complete, unopened, unpowered, and not activated for testing. The shipping box must not be sealed with text-printed tape for a second time, and the foam and accessories must not be damaged or damaged.
4. Original consumables purchased by mistake due to quality issues, after opening, do not support returns or exchanges (please confirm the machine model and whether the consumables can be used before purchasing or using)
5. Please note that customers who place orders by default, the printer and original consumables belong to the electronic and original consumables category. Products with no quality issues, once opened, will affect the secondary new sales. We do not support a seven-day return or exchange without any reason.
