2) Are all the silicone love buzzer bracelets from your company non-toxic?

The raw materials have been tested and certified by professional testing institutions, which are non-toxic and eco-friendly. We support customers to take samples or verify the authenticity on site.
3) What sizes of silicone bracelets can your company produce?
Silicone wristbands are custom-made products, and we have the standard sizes in stock.
Regular classic sizes include: 150*18mm / 215*22*2mm / 215/230/250/x25x2mm240/250/300*30*2mm
All the units are in millimeters except for the standard sizes. Our company can custom-make various sizes and shapes according to customer drawings. We offer competitive prices for large quantities and guarantee the delivery date. Quality is our priority.
4) When is your customer service available?
Our customer service is available 24/7, feel free to consult at any time. If you encounter any issues with our service, please feel free to complain. Complaints are rewarded.
5) I would like to get a general understanding of after-sales issues.
Our company has dedicated customer service to follow up after-sales, and will timely inform the transportation status of the goods. If the goods do not meet the customer's expectations, our company will handle the situation quickly and effectively in accordance with the confirmation made before the sale, to give the customer a satisfactory answer.
