Section 2: Working Hours:
   Monday to Saturday, 8:30~17:30; Sunday is a day off (customer service will be online at irregular times to answer buyers' questions, but it is not guaranteed that the goods will be shipped).

Five, Delivery Cycle:
   Our store uses YTO Express as our contracted courier, and domestic deliveries usually take 3-5 days to arrive. No courier service can guarantee that a package will be delivered at a specific time in the morning, afternoon, or any specific hour. Daily, unforeseen events can occur, and we ask our buyers to understand this and to be fully prepared for the time it takes to receive their orders. International packages will be discussed separately.

Sixthly, about the receipt of goods:
   Please, dear buyers, personally inspect the goods upon receipt. If someone like relatives, friends, colleagues, or the gatekeeper is receiving the goods on your behalf, please remind them to open the box and check the items first, ensuring that the quantity and quality meet your requirements. Especially when you find that the packaging is damaged or re-packed, it's important to pay attention. Currently, all our logistics are using recommended logistics services by Alipay, and the courier companies allow you to inspect the goods before signing for them. Your signature, along with that of your relatives, friends, colleagues, or gatekeepers, indicates that you have no questions about the quantity or quality of the products. If you have any issues with the quantity or quality after signing, we will not be responsible.
    If any quality issues are found during the receipt inspection, please report to our customer service on the same day of receipt (time of express company's signature acceptance). You can get a free replacement of the same model. By default, if the buyer returns the goods by ordinary mail, the postage of 5 yuan will be borne by us. Please use a strong cardboard box to package and mail the returned goods, do not directly put them in a paper bag, as this may damage the jewelry. If the returned goods are packaged in paper bags or the postage is collected at the destination, we have the right to refuse to accept them, and the consequences will be borne by the buyer.

8. Transaction Method:
   We recommend using Alipay for payment. If you do not have an Alipay account, please contact our customer service and proceed with the payment after. Once the payment is made, we will ship the goods as soon as possible, aiming for the same day or at the latest the following day. We will notify you via email or Alipay Messenger.

All of our products undergo strict four-step inspection processes before shipment: production quality inspection, packaging quality inspection, inventory quality inspection, and shipment quality inspection. Only after ensuring the quality is complete will we send the goods.
