【After-sales instructions】
1)Our store offers both wholesale and retail sales. For retail orders, we will check the products carefully before shipping if the quantity is small. For wholesale orders, the quantity is large, and it is impossible to check each one for minor flaws. Potential issues include wrong products, quality issues, damaged packaging, and damaged goods due to transportation. If there are minor flaws in the products, we will try our best to resolve them. Online wholesale is different from physical wholesale. If you are a local customer, the return process is very simple; you can exchange the goods as long as you come to our warehouse and confirm it. However, once the goods are shipped out, it's different because returning them involves shipping costs. If you buy 10 products and one of them is broken, and the product is even less than 10 yuan, we will not agree to send it back. This is a must for an honest merchant. Please do not compare us to how Taobao resolves issues; please understand that this is Alibaba, which is mainly for wholesale. On Taobao, the same product can be sold several times more.
2) Customers should check the quantity and quality of the goods within 3 days of receiving them. If there are any problems, they should promptly feed back to the after-sales customer service for processing. If there are no objections within 4 days after arrival, it will be considered that there are no problems with this cooperation and the transaction will be completed.
