• 1. How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated? All products can be ordered according to the minimum order quantity, and there are no restrictions on the amount! We support mixed batches! We support Alipay transactions! For customers with large wholesale quantities, please contact customer service to modify the freight and send the goods by logistics to pay!

• 2. I have already paid, when can the goods be shipped? Because our company's daily shipment volume is quite large, we will ship the goods within 24-48 hours after receiving your payment! Default shipping by Yunda or Yto Express.

   About after-sales service and quality issues for returns and exchanges

• 1. Within 24 hours of receipt (as of the date of the shipping receipt signature), if you discover any quality issues with the product, or if there is a shortage or damage, please contact the after-sales customer service in time. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must be kept in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box). The return shipping fee for defective products will be borne by our company.

  1. Customization Instructions: If the buyer provides a sample and needs to pay for molding fees to our company (if they provide their own molds, no molding fee is required), after our company produces the sample and the client confirms it, a 30% deposit is required to begin production. Please settle the remaining balance before the product is shipped.

• 2. Time for Delivery: Customized customers need to wait approximately 10-15 days for their goods to be shipped.

  3. Logistics Instructions: The price of this product does not include shipping and tax. All customers nationwide will choose logistics for large shipments with freight collected upon arrival. The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The freight cost is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will select a logistics company with reasonable and cheap freight costs to ship. Generally, the logistics cost is about 1%-5% of the actual goods amount.

• 4、Signature Instructions: In the event of lost items during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the accuracy of the quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing items on the parcel form. If there are signs of the parcel being opened, please contact us immediately.
