1. 长期使用温度

2. 短期峰值温度

· 最高可达 250℃ 甚至 260℃：硅胶垫可以短暂地承受这个范围的温度，例如从烤箱中取出的热烤盘。但长时间处于如此高的温度下，会加速硅胶的老化、变脆和发黄，甚至变形。

3. 最低耐受温度

· 最低可达 -60℃：硅胶在极低温下仍然能保持良好的弹性，不会变硬开裂，所以直接从冰箱或冷冻室取出使用是完全没问题的。

重要注意事项

1. 明火禁忌：硅胶垫绝不能直接接触明火或放在电炉、燃气灶的加热管上。它不是为直火加热设计的，会立即烧焦、熔化。

2. 注意热源类型：
