This factory supports LOGO customization.
1. The client provides the logo in CDR or PSD format. If there are specific color codes and font specifications, please send them to us at the same time. We can design a preliminary rendering for you.
2. If a prototype is required, a prototype cost fee will be charged.
3. After confirming the sample or rendering effect, place an order and sign a contract, seal or sign and return it. The contract has legal effect.
Fourthly, 30% of the deposit is to be paid in advance, and the production will begin after receiving the deposit. The goods will be shipped after the balance is settled.
Product Declaration (Must Read Before Purchase):
1. Ceramics may have small bumps, small bubbles, and small black spots, which are all minor imperfections that are normal and unavoidable. These occur because air pockets are produced during the high-temperature firing of porcelain, and electroplating and decoration products are all handmade crafts with complex production processes. It is impossible to avoid the residual traces of gold and silver left over from the electroplating process, and the flower paper is manually pasted, which may have small imperfections. We will not send broken ceramics.
2. Please ensure that you inspect the goods upon receipt. If the product exhibits (large-area defects in patterns or cracks), this is considered a quality issue. Please take photos of the problem within 24 hours and contact our customer service. We will send a replacement for the defective product! Any issues after this time frame will not be processed. Thank you for your cooperation!
3. All shipping products are paid for freight upon arrival!

If there is any damage, please take a photo and send it to us immediately! Ignore it after the deadline!
4. If there are any quality requirements for the products, it is recommended to take samples before placing an order, confirm the products, and then place bulk orders to avoid losses and unnecessary disputes for both parties.
5. Regarding electroplating products, due to the fact that the ceramic base cannot be glazed, there may be areas that are not coated during the color plating process, which is an unavoidable issue and is not a quality problem. It does not affect the use. If you have high quality requirements or require high completeness of the product pattern, please consult the customer service before purchasing. We can recommend products that meet your requirements.
6. Our products do not support a 7-day no-reason return policy. Once sold, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Please understand! (If you have any questions about the product, please consult the customer service to understand clearly before placing an order!)
7. When you submit an order by self-service, just enter 0 for the shipping fee. (Entering 0 means the shipping fee is collect.)
